Court reporting and Transcription services.

The Office of the Public Defender for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit (“PD13”) is soliciting proposals from qualified court reporting firms to provide court reporting and transcription services starting upon selection and execution of the contract and ending June 30, 2027. The selected vendor will support the Public Defender’s statutory obligations under Chapter 27, Florida Statutes, by providing timely, accurate, and professionally certified reporting services.

This RFP establishes the minimum requirements vendors must meet to be considered for award.
